With less than two weeks out for the growruck it was time for another ruck beatdown.
Started off strong headed to the playground with our rucksacks in tow. 10 Pull ups for everyone while everyone else planked. Then we headed to the small track with a quick mosey pace.
After the pull-ups we headed to the small track between the the softball fields.
15 imperial walkers
25 plank jacks
30 squats all with the Ruck around the track.
After the Blimps overhead carry with the ruck back toward the football fields.
At the football fields. Alternating every 10 yards bear crawl/mosey with 10 merkins/10 bent over rows. All the way to the other side. Suicides with increasing shoulder press each ten yards all the way to the 50. Time for a quick mosey back to the other football field for a 50 yard bear crawl and then a few minutes of Mary.
