YHC put a note on Slack to bring gloves so many were expecting a low mosey beatdown. Not the case since we have the Blue Ridge Relay in the near horizon. 26 PAX were at the flag at 5:30 and we moseyed to the flag at the RAP Pond lot for the Disclaimer and Warm-up
12 Side Straddle Hops
12 Imperial Walkers
10 Weed Pickers
After a brief explanation, the PAX partnered up. Partner 1 performed the exercises listed below while Partner 2 ran either around the Community Center or around the pond (lower mosey option), and then back to switch with Partner 1. This rotation continued until the prescribed number of each exercise was achieved.
200 Overhead Presses
200 Big Boy Sit-ups
200 American Hammer
Time was running short so YHC called a Q audible once the first group finished the Big Boy Sit-ups and moved the rest of the PAX on to curls. Most groups were well into their American Hammers and we called in the six at 6:10am and began our mosey back to the flag.
In the end, each PAX performed 500 – 600 of the exercises listed above and ran ~3 miles in 45-minutes. Nice work guys!
Thoughts and prayers to all the students on their first day of school and for a successful year!
Sell-Out is a year removed from cancer surgery. Congratulation to him and thanks to all his F3 brothers for the prayers and support.
We finished a few minutes past 6:15 this morning so closing remarks were brief with thanks to all the men for coming out this morning to kick start their week and well wishes to all the 2.0s in the upcoming school year.
