Preamble:
To prepare for the upcoming Iron Pax 2019 in September we took the first weeks challenge from last year as this mornings beatdown.
At 5:30 after a quick disclaimer we took off for a quick half park mosey returing to the flag for a warm-up consisting of:
- 15 SSH
- 15 Weedpickers
- 15 Windmills
- 15 Toy Soldiers
Then we started the below bd (Note The track at the Galaxy is closer to 530 meters)
