The humidity was visible in the air on this July 4th holiday weekend and the PAX were in for a traditional Seles beatdown.  Tears of joy were pouring out of every pore of the PAX from the Warm-O-Rama to the finish.


13 Imperial Walkers, 13 Baryshnikovs (ea. leg), 13 Side Straddle Hops, 13 Running with Scissors, 13 Peter Parkers, 13 Parker Peters i.c. Rinse & Repeat

Mosey out the back of the school to the Nature Center and the Stumps

The Thang:

11’s: Jump Ups and Dips on the stumps

Mosey to Deck for 4 minutes of Mary: 8 exercises, 30 sec. each: Boxcutters, Low Dolly, Low Flutter, High Dolly, ABC, L over R, R over L, Dying Cockroaches

Mosey to Hill for DORA: 3 stations up the hill.  10 merkins at station 1, 20 squats at station 2, 30 LBCs at station 3, run back to station 1 and repeat 10 times for 100, 200, 300.

Mosey back to the start and the Platform of Pain for “Call your own Mary”: Low Flutter, Freddie Mercury i.c. 13 reps ea.


Prayers for Suds neighbor whose Dad went into hospice.  Hatchet took us out.

Good to see some our newbies attending regularly (Suds, Radar, CIA and Hatchet).  Need more of you veterans to step back into the fray!
