Since there would be plenty of laps around the track YHC made an early decision to have the warmup next to the flag. This was one of many kindnesses added to the workout this am.
15 Imperial Walkers
Today was leg day at the galaxy and now it hurs to walk. We setup a total of 8 stations along the track. Four on each side. The leg excercizes were split into two groups. First four stations on the left would be types of squats, on the right lunges.

Lap Three ( kindness)
In lap three we took a break from legs and moved ot Merkins (left) and LBCs (right)
