To begin what looks to be a washed out weekend, a brave group of PAX came out to Austin elementary for another Seles beatdown. Although we had a good downpour during the Crowd Pleaser, most of the rest of the beatdown was just sprinkles or dry.

Crowd Pleaser up and down the Nature Center Hill: 5 Burpees at the bottom then stop at 3 stations on the hill (up and down) for 5 merkins at each station, 1 Burpee at the top. Work down to 1 Burpee at the bottom and finish with 5 Burpees at the top.
