Mosey to the football field parking lot for some SSH, weed pickers, and toy soldier.
Then had the pax grab a lifting coupon and mosey to the field.
The Plink Board was setup to have 5 categories. Running, Core, Mystery, Arm/Leg, and Coupon.
The PAX cycled through for following Exercises:
100 yard sprint, 50 yard sprint, 50 yard suicide, 100 yard sprint, 50 yard sprint
50 Big Boys, 50 LBC’s, 50 J-Lo’s, 50 American Hammers, 50 Big Boys
20 Burpees, 20 Bonnie Blairs, Crab Walk to 30 yard line, Bear Crawl to 30 yard line, and 20 burpess (which was modified by Grease Monkey).
