Today we gathered to show our appreciation for St. Paddy or is it St. Patty. YHC discovered it is St. Paddy and that he was Roman/Scottish by birth.
As expected, very few PAX made it past the fart sac today. But it did not stop us from rushing the battlefield with a William Wallace beat down followed PADDY acronym routine.

Started out with the William Wallace routine using the football field. One PAX held a plank as the other rushed the battlefield and complete 17 reps of the specified exercise. With help from Cookie’s watch light, I was able to assign the workouts from the winky.

Next we lined up on the side of the battlefield for the final charge. Much like the B.O.M.B.S. we completed at P.A.D.D.Y. routine. One partner started the counts on the designated workout while the other rushed the battlefield and returned to swap out.
