When YHC rolled up to the Hooch this morning, YHC knew we needed a Q. When Boomer arrived, he asked if anyone had taken it. Nope, so we agreed to co-Q, with me going first.
Quick mosey around the parking lot, with some side shuffles, high knees and butt kickers.
Then some exercises, all IC:

Mosey over to Hurricane’s for a nice circle burp, that was a crowd pleaser, YHC noticed. Then we moseyed over to the church parking lot for some 4 corners. In each corner, do 20 exercises, with bear crawls on two sides, and mosey on the others. These were the exercises: LBCs, Squats, Merkins, Monkey Humpers. Three sets of that and Boomer was ready to take over.
Mosey back towards Hurricane’s and stopped for some B.L.I.M.P.S. in the parking lot with a special twist. Start by Bernie Sanders to the first line and do the 5 burpees, then run back to the start and then BS to the second line to add 10 lunges to the 5 burpees, and so on until you added on the 30 squats, and then run back to the start line. That took some time. There was some assorted Mary while waiting on the six.
Next we moseyed over to the covered area by TT and partnered up for some BTTW while the partner did 20 carolina dry docks. 3 sets of that and time was up!
