16 PAX gathered on a wet and cold morning before Christmas!

The Thang

Quick disclaimer and warmup around the gazebo since we had an FNG (Welcome Gump!).

Mosey to the back of the lake at the bottom of the hill. Partner up.

Partner A does Merkins while Partner B runs to the top of the hill and back. Alternate so each partner does Merkins.

Repeat with Wide Merkins then stone mtn pushups. We skipped Wide Merkins on the rinse and repeat set. Shoulders started to burn!

Mosey to the playground…sorry we lost Bieber, Jackelope, and Gump for a minute! That’s Q’s fault.

11s – Dips / Pullups (or swing pulls) in the swamp around the playground.

Mosey to the Monster Hill.

100 LBCs at the bottom. Backward Bear Crawl to the top. 100 LBCs at the top. Bear crawl back down. Squat hold for the six.

On 3 sprint back up the hill and mosey to the flag.

A couple of Mary exercises to finish it off.


  • Keep praying for Magnolia Walk family who lost everything in the fire.
