6 sore PAX showed up in the rain for a beat down. H/T Tony Horton for inspiration for the excercises today.
At 5:30 we started our mosey as the rain fell and rounded the park to the stairs to the upper parking lot.

Workout this morning was split into four corners of the parking lot, each with a different workout type. ( Broga, Core , Balance, and Legs )
1st Corner (Broga)
- Sun Salutation A ( three times )
- Wide legs forward fold
- Triangle Pose
- Warrior 1: Warrior 2 : Reverse Warrior
- Warrior 1 : Airplane : Warrior 3 : Twisted Warrior 3
- Warrior 3 : Half moon : Twisted moon : Standing Splits
- Mosey to 2nd Corner
2nd Corner (Core)
- Chair ( 20 count hold)
- Downward Dog Situps ( downward dog position with legs pulled to right elbow, center, left elblow) 3 sets each side.
- Plank jacks (side straddle hops in plank position) 20 reps in cadence.
- Plank Walk to 3rd Corner
3rd Corner (Balance)
- Balance planks ( plank, alt arm, sides ( 10 count each ))
- Leg pull ( front : back : side ) Left:Right
- Left : Right (Chair leg extend : Cross leg chair
- Tree ( Left: Right ) 15 count each side (arm side : arm up : look up)
- Counter clockwise mosey around to 4th corner
4th Corner (Legs)
- Airplane lunges (Airplane pose with lunges)
- Sumo squats with side kick
- Side strattle squats
- Skippng Bonnie Blairs back to 1st Corner
Mary until 6:15 with second reverse mosey around the park and 50 lbcs lead by Blue.
