It was time. Time for the 12 Day of Christmas beatdown to come to The Norseman. I had the girlfriends for the morning and a total of 4 PAX for a rock inspired Christmas song beatdown.
We ran from the flag to the big parking lot for the main event. First a quick warm up including the contractually required SSHs and Weed Pickers.
Just like the song, on this list of exercises you do exercise #1, (run cross the parking lot and back), then 2, 1. Then 3,2,1. Then 4,3,2,1. You get the picture.

- Bag V-up’s
- Mercans (no bag)
- Overhead Presses
- Bent Over Rows
- Hammer Curls
- LBC’s (hold girlfriend over you face straight arms)
- Skull Crushers
- Lunge with bag twist (L/R = 1)
The men knocked it out and we returned the girls to the truck and we headed across the street to the black hole pavilion to get some dips and step ups.
We returned to the parking lot and got in 50 yards or so of duck walk.
Back to the flag and we got some Mary in before time was up.
