The gloom was nice and ripe this am for this YHC. The last remnents of a humid morning were in the air, and cooler weather was around the corner. With 4 PAX on hand we headed off into the great unknown.
Mosey down to the lower parking lot and down the hill towards the most remote spot in the park YHC likes to call “Purgatory” for warm up:
- Imperial walkers (all in IC)
- 3 rounds of Burpicides in honor of the late Darth Visor to complete warm-up.
Mosey back up hill to lower lot for a mile of pain as YHC likes to call it.
We started at the hills next to the lower fields for our first pain station. Grab your partner dosi do.
- P1- Lt. Dans at top of hill x10 reps
- P2- 10 Burpees at bottom
Total of 30 reps each excersise(side note-due to the unexpected sprinkler system, our location quickly got diverted to another hill locale).
Mosey around towards pain station 2 at playground for Pull ups and ab roll outs on swings- 10 reps each excersise-3 rounds for a total of 30.
Mosey around to the rock pile for some coupon work and circle up!
- Squat thrusts x 15 reps
- Kettlebell swings x 15
Rinse and repeat around circle and switching coupons as we go. 2nd round 20 reps each exercise.
Back to the flag and under pavilion for 20 reverse lbc’s on tables with 10 Derkins IC(2 rounds total).
With time to spare we finished with some intense an work for Mary.
