It was an honor to Q the Norseman within the first month of it starting, and YHC was looking forward to using the fresh new F3 Workout Deck of cards. Here’s how it went down.

Moseyed up to the parking lot by the football field and broke out the cards. Here’s the breakdown – after 5 cards, run around the light pole and back. 10’s and Face Cards are 10, Aces are 100 and for the number cards, you multiply them by 10 to determine the number of reps for the exercise shown on the card.
There were a lot of cards, things I remember were bear crawl to the light pole, 100 calf raises, and some new exercises i can’t remember. It was tough. When time got near the end, we moseyed back to the flag.
