A crisp fall morning awaited as YHC ready to Q for the first time since Bday. Heard some PAX talking everyone wondering “is Hattrick here?”. I get it – its dark and YHC is a tiny man, difficult to find. Also, he likes merkins.
Warm up: Circle round the exercise equipment and get it
Morning roll call. Q starts with 5 pull-ups, PAX do 5 merkins in unison. Q replaces a PAX in circle and repeat through entire circle. Slow movie to the parking lot by football / lacrosse turf field. 60 second wall sit for the 6.
At the turf field, on the goal line. Bear Crawl to the 10, 10 merkins; lunge walk to the 20, 9 merkins; alternating bear crawl & lunge walk every 10 yards while descending merkins by 1 until reaching opposite goal line. Big Boy Sit ups for the 6. 50% run to the 50 yard line, then AYG to the goal line. Mosie to the concrete bleachers.
10 rounds of 3 exercises. Incline Merkins, Dips and decline Merkins is one round. 10 incline, 10 dips, 10 decline markings = first round. Descend by 1 and repeat completing 10 rounds. Air chair and flutter kicks for the 6. Slow mosie to the baseball field, grabbing a spot on the wall.
20 box jumps, 20 step ups each leg. Mosie to the playground.
5 pull-ups, 10 reverse merkins using the swings; 3 rounds
Back to the flag, once the 2nd light pole was reached at baseball field, sprint to the finish.
