YHC showed up at The Firehouse a little earlier this am. The pitter patter of rain drops slowly caressed the pavement as I pulled into the parking lot. With Fall Break in full effect, most PAX had either headed to the beach or Disney like everyone else in Forsyth County. No matter, YHC was gonna take this beatdown by himself if he had to…..but wait, here comes Dash right at the bell! It was just like old times when we started our glorious AO 8 months ago when it was just us two PAX. The two loan founders. Great memories! Lets mosey.
Stroll around to the lower pavilion with the rain coming down for warm-up. All exercises IC.

With the rain coming down, we decided to stay under cover. We did 4 rounds of 3 pain stations. Here was the routine:
1. ATM’s- 10 reps-alternating shoulder taps(IC), 5 merkins IC, 10 merkins OYO. Hold plank after each excercise.
2. Bruce Lee routine- 20 reps each excercise all IC-Hammers, Leg lifts, LBC’s, Heel touches, crunchy frogs, V-ups.
3. 10 box jumps OYO, 10 step-ups IC, 10 dips IC
Rinse and repeat 3 more times and increasing reps by 10 on the 4th round for a total of 30 reps each. (20 reps with cadence for a total of 30. Abs, legs, and chest covered and enough pain to be had after completion.
With time winding down, we moseyed back to the flag. No time for mary.
