Nolan Ryan:

Start in a side plank position with your ungrounded arm extended. Complete a punching motion as if someone, namely Robin Ventura, were under your other arm.


In unison PAX does 2-count side straddle hop and counts reps 1-5 out load. Reps 6-21 are all mental and everyone must stop together at 21. If anyone stops early or goes over Q has PAX perform penalty workout of 10 burpees.

First Exercise:

Second Exercise:

With coupon, broad jump to the 25 yard line, lunge from the 25 to the 50, jog to the goal line.

At the goal line, bicep curls w/coupon x 40

With coupon, run backwards to the goal line at the other end.

Third Exercise:

Put the coupon down and grab a partner…

Wheel barrow to the 50 yard line, 50 big boy sit-ups as a team, wheel barrow to the goal line; 50 SSH as a team (in unison), wheel barrow to the 50 yard line, 50 squats as a team, wheel barrow to the goal line; do American hammers and MARY until the 6 comes in.

Mosey to the playground.
