Mosey intervals of 400-600 yards between increasing repetitions of the following exercises:

5 Pull-ups

10 Pull-ups

15 Pull-ups

Plank for the six, then, mosey to the football field, for

20 Partner Push-ups

Mosey to the stadium steps for

25 Bench Dips

Mosey a little more to the football field for

30 Yard Lunge Walk (out and back)

40 Monkey Humpers

45 Partner Big Boy Sit-ups

Mosey from field to the upper parking lot stopping to

50 Squats (in cadence)

With time beginning to run short and the some of PAX looking gassed (including YHC), I led the PAX on a mosey to next parking lot for what everyone was waiting for…

55 Burpees! After the first set of 25 in the lot, YHC called an audible and split the remaining at 15 at the bottom of hill and 15 back at the flag)

Thumper and TP lead some Mary to take us until time was called.
