Accomplish 3,075 of the following ab workout in the month of June.


June has 30 days.

Break it down:

The goal is to accomplish 3075 LBC’s (Little baby crunches) or BBS’s (Big boy sit ups) throughout the month of June.

You choose which one you would like to do, all one type, or switch it up along the way.

Start on June 1st with a qty of 30.  Everyday after that you increase by 5.  On June 30th, you will be doing a qty of 175.
