With rain in the forecast 8 PAX were prepared to go swimming at the firehouse. But alas the clouds parted just long enough for a proper beatdown. So we left our bathing suits and towels at home and laced up our shoes for a trip around the firehouse.
Quick mosey down the hill. We’ll save the running for The Thang.
10 Copperhead Squats
15 Imperial Walkers (or hillbillies depending on who you ask)
Bolt 45s (15 lower half squats, 15 upper half squats, 15 full squats)
Mosey to the top soccer field
We expanded our 4 corners from the usual soccer field to the entire park.
1st Corner – Top Soccer Field – 10 Burpees
2nd Corner – Back Parking Lot – 20 Merkins
3rd Corner – Bottom Soccer Field – 30 Plank Jacks
4th Corner – Playground – 40 pullups (modify as needed)
Once complete we reversed the order ending back at the top soccer field.
Mosey over to the pavilion.
2 rounds of reps for time. 40 seconds exercise followed by 10 seconds recover.
Reverse LBC/Leg Raise on table
