4 and then a late addition made 5 HIMs ready to power over that Spring Break Hump Day. The rain stopped right on time, and YHC had a plan. Here’s what happened.
Mosey to the playground. 11’s with pullups and copperhead jump squats on the sidewalk. Focus on slower through the exercises to keep good form. Catch breath and then sprint. Second round of 11’s with knees to chest on the bars and decline makh tar N’Dia. That was pleasant.
Mosey back with a stop for some planks and jumping over the planking pax up the chapel hill. Mosey back to the flag for a couple minutes of Mary.
