YHC realized my last couple beat downs were mostly pearls with hardly any string so we changed it up to regain some balance this morning. All 4 PAX simultaneously converged on the flag right at 5:30 so we moseyed.

Head to the soccer field and line-up on the goal line for a Double Quarter Pounder.
Sprint to the 25 yd line for 25 star jumps, backwards run to goal line, sprint to 50 yd line for 50 crunchy frogs, backwards to goal line and sprint to 75 yd line for 75 lunges, backwards to goal line and sprint to opposite goal line for 100 LBC’s, backwards to goal line and plank for the 6.
Rinse and repeat for round two with – 25 BBSU, 50 monkey humpers, 75 american hammers, 100 squats
Next, line up on the sideline for a merkin ladder. Start with 20 merkins on one sideline, run to opposite sideline for 19 merkins, run back for 18…all the way down to 1 for a total of 210 merkins. I have to admit this sucked worse than YHC imagined.
