Pulling into Caney Creek with the bed of your pickup truck full of bricks is always a great way to start your Wednesday morning. Getting out of my truck I saw a few more people than usual! Welcome two FNG’s from the Bound, Biscuit Barn and Mulligan.
The warm up:
Quick mosey over two my truck and everyone grabs two bricks. Take a lap and start the warm up exercises. Side Straddle Hops, Press, and Skull Crushers. As we are finishing up Bo Knows comes strolling in. Haha gives Bo Knows his bricks and runs and grabs a few more. Not only is our War Daddy a beast he is also a pretty nice guy to say the least.
Mosey over toward the corner of the parking lot.
Four corner escalators with your brick. Round One: 10 Burpees, 20 Curls, 30 Skull Crushers, 40 Imperial Walkers. Round Two: 10 Merkins, 20 Lunges, 30 Squats, 40 LBC’s.
The pax did a few sprints without your brick and then the bottom started to fall out. We took the bricks back to the truck as time ran out.
MoleSkin: The pax finished right before the bottom dropped out of the sky. The 5:15 start really helps in that situation.
