I Get Knocked Down, But I Get Up Again

7 PAX came out for a warmer Beatdown than Monday’s.  We learned that apparently it takes a lot of Burpees to get rid of one Kit Kat.  I’m not sure we did enough.
Warmup – Mosey around the parking lot and then behind Hurricane’s.  YHC didn’t want to display our warmup to the random person hanging out in the parking lot.
Chumbaburpees:  Every time you get knocked down, get back up again!  26 burpees to the song got us warmed up and ready.
Mosey’d over to the short, steep hill for some Dora 1-2-3.  Partner for 100 merkins, 200 LBC’s, and 300 squats.  Run up the hill for 20 Gorilla Humpers and back down for partner swap.
Mosey’d to the playground for Six Pack routine, Merkins and Pullups.  Rosalita’s for the partner in round 1, then Reverse LBC’s for back down the ladder in round 2.
Around the church for Plank Challenge, featuring Boomer (as usual).  YHC wanted to make sure everyone had incentive to hang in as long as possible, so Burpees were in store for anyone who finished before him.  Strong effort from the PAX!  Everyone hung in there for a long time.
Indian Run back and a few Dolly’s (or was it Flutter?) for the six.  BRD and Saint 2.0 showed off the speed!
