Warmups are for sissies, bring on the pain!

Roughly 6 months after attempting our first Board of Pain at the yet to be named Kodiak, and because everyone else was doing some sort of version, we decided to break out the board of pain to see how far we’ve come. 18 brave men were on hand to give it a go.

The thang:

Moseyed down to the back parking lot and got right to it. Made our way through as many exercises on the board OYO while taking a short lap around the lot after each one. The exercises were:
