12 PAX were in attendance this cool Saturday morning. 6 high-speed individuals showed up early for a pre-workout ruck for an hour around the park. Here’s what went down:
Mosey to the edge of the parking lot near the rock pile. In cadence: SSH x15, Imperial Walkers x15, and Windmills x15.
Mosey to rock pile. Everyone grabs a rock and moseys down the trail about 100 yds and post up in front of the hill.
Dora 1,2,3 – 100 Skullcrushers, 200 Overhead Press, 300 Curls – partner runs to top of hill and back…with their rock!
11s (with out partner or rock) – Starting with 10x Merkins and then mosey up the hill for 1x Gorrilahumper.
Quick 10 count then we reclaimed our rocks and moseyed back to the rock pile to put them back.
With 26 minutes to spare it was time to find some new real estate.
Indian Run towards the skate park and then stopped at the hill behind the playground.
With no rest for the weary we broke into BurpBack Mountain: A punishing full body exercise begins by locating a nice-sized hill. The exercise is then performed by pairing up with one person proceeding to run forward down the hill to the other edge of the playground and then run backwards for the return up the hill while the other person is performing burpees. The individuals continue to alternate running with burpees until 100 total burpees are completed.
Another 10-count and then we missed back to the flag to finish the last 7 minutes with some Mary.
