11’s merkins at the bottom, plank jacks at the top (running backwards up the hill)
Mosey to Grit’s pavilion for 3 sets of:
20 dips, step ups on the picnic table, 20 LBCs.
Mosey to the rock pile. Partner picks a rock and then mosey to the third base line (FOD).
50 curls, 100 Over head presses, 150 lunges while partner runs to the outfield fence and back
Mosey to the “flag” (right Cookie)
