Line up on right field foul line for Burpee Countdown. 11 Burpess on the RF foul line, then run to LF foul line and 10 Burpees, run back for 9 Burpees and so on. Each time we cross center field stop and do 25 LBCs. Total of 66 Burpees and 250 LBCs.
Partner up and mosey to the rock pile to pick up a good sized coupon. 1 coupon per group. Mosey to the top of the parking lot for Dora 1,2,3s. Exercises: 100 Skull Crushers, 200 Dead Lifts, 300 Curls.
