The Hill of Pain can’t defeat 4 HIM’S!

Mosey around the parking lot for warmups
– 10 Cotton Pickers
– 20 Side Straddle Hops
– 10 Squats
Mosey over to the church for 11’s on the hill.  The Q made it tough early, Merkins on the bottom and Squats on the top.  The only thing is you have to run backwards up the hill.  Round 2 nixed the backwards running, with Burpees at the bottom and Lunges at the top.  Did the Q say 2 or 4 rounds?  Anyway, it’s a shame we missed out on the bear crawls.
After a short mosey, the Q added to everyone’s pain
– 2 sets 0f 20 dips
– 10 Derkins
– 10 incline Merkins
– 10 more Merkins1
Mosey back to the flag, and add cadence Big Boy Situps.  I think somebody mentioned I shouldn’t be Q anymore.  Hey, at least we got stronger right?
Prayers for Sunshine, and his family.  It’s a stressful time for the M with everything going on, so pray they can enjoy the season.  Also for Sneakers, the poor guy gets to go on a cruise next week.
